Miten ope jaksaa moninaistuvassa koulussa. OPEMO-hanke kehittää tutkimusperustaisia käytäntöjä opettajien työhyvinvoinnin parantamiseksi moninaistuvassa peruskoulussa. Tukea jaksamiseen ja johtamiseen.

Abstract

Opettajan työ on kuormittavaa ja riski alan vaihtamiseen on suuri. Tutkimuksetosoittavat, että suomalaisten opettajien työhyvinvointi on heikentynyt viimeistenkymmenen vuoden aikana. OPEMO-hankkeessa (Miten ope jaksaa moninaistuvassakoulussa? Opettajan työhyvinvointia tukevia tutkimusperustaisia käytäntöjäopetustyöhön ja johtamiseen) pureudutaan opettajien työhyvinvointia tukeviinopetustyön, moniammatillisen yhteistyön ja johtamisen käytäntöihin perusopetuksessa.Hanketta toteutetaan Turun yliopiston kasvatustieteiden laitoksen ja Sote-akatemiansekä Salon kaupungin yhteistyönä ja sitä rahoittaa Työsuojelurahasto.
