Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi pengguna Honda Vario terhadap kehandalan kendaraan mereka dalam konteks komunitas Paguyuban Honda Vario Jawa Barat. Kehandalan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi kepuasan, loyalitas, dan keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terbuka dan wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada 72 anggota komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna memiliki persepsi sangat positif terhadap kehandalan Honda Vario, terutama dalam aspek performa mesin, efisiensi bahan bakar, kenyamanan berkendara, kemudahan perawatan, dan ketersediaan suku cadang. Persepsi ini turut meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pengguna serta kecenderungan untuk merekomendasikan kendaraan ini kepada orang lain. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya mendengar suara konsumen dalam strategi pengembangan produk dan layanan purnajual di industri otomotif.
