Abstract

Warung WiFi menghadapi kendala operasional akibat sistem pemesanan dan transaksi manual yang menyebabkan antrian fisik tidak teratur, waktu tunggu pelanggan yang lama, serta risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem e-order berbasis web yang menerapkan algoritma First-Come First-Served (FCFS) untuk mengotomatisasi pengelolaan antrian pesanan berdasarkan waktu kedatangan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta terintegrasi dengan payment gateway Midtrans untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran digital. Algoritma FCFS diimplementasikan pada modul dapur untuk mengurutkan pesanan secara adil dan menghitung metrik kinerja layanan seperti waktu tunggu (waiting time) dan waktu proses (burst time). Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi valid dalam menangani pemindaian QR Code, manajemen pesanan, dan transaksi nirkontak. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meminimalkan human error, serta memberikan transparansi dan keteraturan dalam manajemen antrian di Warung WiFi.

The findings strongly support the claim that the implemented system is highly effective in transforming Warung WiFi operations. By automating the ordering and queue processes, the system significantly minimizes the potential for human error, introducing a much-needed layer of transparency and regularity to queue management. This research offers a practical and well-executed solution to a pervasive problem, demonstrating how modern web technologies and established algorithms can directly translate into tangible improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction for small to medium-sized service businesses. The clarity of its problem statement and the demonstrable positive impact make this a commendable contribution.
