Introduction

Sistem pendukung keputusan rekomendasi pemberian dana usaha agrobisnis kepada kelompok tani (poktan) terbaik menggunakan metode vikor . Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merekomendasikan POKTAN terbaik untuk dana usaha agrobisnis di Lamongan menggunakan metode Vikor. Seleksi objektif berdasarkan anggota, lahan, varietas, produksi & keaktifan.

Abstract

Guna peningkatan dan akan usaha tani yang ada disekitar, pihak Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kembangbahu Pertanian memberikan bantuan berupa dana usaha kepada POKTAN disekitar wilayah Lamongan. Namun karena jumlah bantuan yang diberikan terbatas, sedangkan untuk kelompok tani yang terus berkembang dan semakin banyak, maka perlu dilakukan proses selektif dalam pemilihan dan rekomendasi POKTAN secara objektif agar tidak timbul rasa iri satu sama lain. Dari proses pemilihan tersebut maka diperlukan kriteria penilaian yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pemberian rekomendasi, kriteria penilaian sebagai berikut : Jumlah anggota, kelas petani, varietas tanam, luas lahan, keaktifan pengurusan dan kualitas produksi, memiliki potensi yang baik dan siap dalam menghadapi perubahan usaha tani. Oleh karena itu guna mengatasi dalam pemberian bantuan usaha secara efektif dan tepat guna, maka perlu dilakukan rekomendasi menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu dalam rekomendasi koptan secara efektif dan efesien.Aplikasi yang diciptakan bisa memperoleh tujuan yakni bisa mendukung instansi dalam mengusulkan pilihan Koptan yang relative sama dengan keperluan produksi industry yang diperoleh dari melalui 6 kriteria yakni Jumlah anggota, kelas petani, varietas tanam, luas lahan, keaktifan pengurusan dan kualitas produksi. Sesuai dalam analisis hasil uji system, dengan hasil kalkulasi pihak industry, diperoleh Koptan yang berbeda, hasil uji 3 periode di Maret, Juli, September, tahun 2023, dengan merekomendasikan Koptan dari 127 data uji, yang usan bisa berfungsi secara baik dengan pendekatan 70 % berdasarkan hasil uji metode dengan perusahaan.
