Introduction

Pengaruh penggunaan alat permainan edukatif sensory path untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar pada anak berkebutuhan khusus (abk). Pelajari bagaimana Sensory Path meningkatkan motorik kasar ABK (Autisme, ADHD, Tunagrahita) di Yayasan Sinar Talenta 2. Alat edukatif ini efektif optimalkan tumbuh kembang.

Abstract

Gross motor skills are body movements that use large muscles or all parts of the body influenced by the child's maturity. Children with special needs often face challenges in developing these skills, which can impact their ability to interact with the environment and peers and carry out daily activities. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve gross motor skills in children with special needs at the Sinar Talenta 2 Foundation. Activities are carried out using Sensory Path Educational Game Tools (APE) in children with special needs with data collection methods using questionnaires in the form of observation sheets and conducting interview. to 11 subjects, namely 9 boys and 2 girls aged 3-6 years with classifications of Autism, ADHD, and Mentally Disabled disorders. Data analysis techniques with paired non-parametric tests Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the use of educational game tools (Sensory Path) to improve gross motor skills in children with special needs at the Sinar Talenta 2 Foundation. The use of educational play tools in the form of sensory paths has been proven to improve gross motor skills in children with special needs. Good gross motor skills in children with special needs are needed to optimize their growth and development so that they become independent and strong individuals both physically and mentally.
