This research is motivated by the importance of optimizing human resources at PT REMS in South Tangerang City through strengthening communication and the physical work environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of communication and the physical work environment on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques on a sample of employees at the company. The results of the study indicate that both communication and the physical work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence in increasing employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable that connects the influence of communication and the physical work environment to improving overall employee performance. The conclusion of this study confirms that the effectiveness of communication in an organization and the provision of adequate work environment facilities are the main determinants in creating job satisfaction which ultimately accelerates employee performance achievement at PT REMS. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya optimalisasi sumber daya manusia di PT REMS Kota Tangerang Selatan melalui penguatan aspek komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) terhadap sampel karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik komunikasi maupun lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lebih lanjut, kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi pada suatu organisasi dan penyediaan fasilitas lingkungan kerja yang memadai merupakan determinan utama dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja yang pada akhirnya mampu mengakselerasi pencapaian kinerja karyawan di PT REMS.
