Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana seorang guru dalam mengatur pengelolahan pembelajaran didalam kelas di SD/MI, karena kurikulum yang sering berubah-ubah sehingga guru sulit mengatur atau mengelolah pembelajaran didalam kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau Library Research dengan bahan penelitian yang bersumber dari sumber-sumber pustaka seperti buku, Artikel, prosiding dan bahan penelitian lainnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Content Analysis dilakukan secara detail dan mendalam yang digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan dengan mengidentifikasi berbagai kriteria khusus secara sistematis, general dan objektif dari buku, artikel dan prosiding. Pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam membangun Masyarakat 5.0 ini. Sehingga untuk memasukinya tentu dibutuhkan persiapan. Untuk itu pemerintah telah memberikan perhatian dalam hal ini dengan menyasar generasi millennial yang akan menghadapi era society 5.0 tersebut di masanya. Kurikulum pendidikan nasional dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan fokus menyiapkan kualitas anak didik sebagai generasi yang akan mengisi era society 5.0 tersebut.
