Telusuri pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Perputaran Aktiva terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2019-2023. Temukan dampak signifikan rasio keuangan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan PerputaranAktiva terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)2019-2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi dalampenelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah10 perusahaan. Periode pengamatan yang dilakukan selama 5 tahun yaitu dimulai dari 2019-2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung berupalaporan keuangan pada situs www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanmenggunakan analisis statistik yaitu: analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesisserta diolah menggunakan Program Microsoft Excel dan Eviews Versi 12. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersamaan) pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) danPerputaran Aktiva sebagai variabel independen (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2019-2023.Kemudian hasil penelitian secara parsial Current Ratio (CR) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Sebaliknya, Perputaran Aktiva tidak memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) 2019-2023.Kata kunci: Current Ratio (CR), Perputaran Aktiva, Return On asset (ROA)

The findings indicate a significant positive influence of Current Ratio and Asset Turnover on Return on Asset when considered simultaneously. However, the partial analysis reveals a more nuanced picture: while Current Ratio individually demonstrates a significant positive effect on ROA, Asset Turnover, surprisingly, does not exhibit a significant positive impact on ROA for the sampled firms within the specified timeframe. This study offers valuable insights into the determinants of profitability in the Indonesian technology industry, particularly emphasizing the independent importance of liquidity management as proxied by the Current Ratio. The unexpected finding regarding the non-significant influence of Asset Turnover on ROA is particularly noteworthy and merits further exploration in future research, perhaps considering industry-specific business models or capital intensity. Despite the relatively small sample size of 10 companies, the clear objectives and systematic application of appropriate econometric techniques contribute to the study's scientific rigor. Future studies could expand the sample, incorporate additional control variables, or explore qualitative factors to deepen the understanding of financial performance in this vital sector.
