Additionally, the flavonoid components in the leaves give them a strong antioxidant capacity. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether or whether the cream dosage form of binahong leaf ethanol extract is stable, as well as the concentration at which the dose is most stable. The cold extraction method maceration and preparation evaluation is the technique employed. Based on the research findings, formulations 0, I, II, and III exhibit stability in cream dosage form and good homogeneity with an average spreadability of > 5 cm, adhesion that satisfies standards of > 1 second, and pH at the proper number 6 with skin pH. Based on the research findings, it can be said that all of the preparations FI, FII, and FIII as well as F0 as a negative control are stable in cream dosage form. Formula III, which satisfies all test evaluation standards and requirements for cream preparations, has the most stable concentration. Serta daun yang memiliki kandungan antioksidan tinggi dari senyawa flavonoidnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stabil atau tidaknya ekstrak etanol daun binahong dalam bentuk sediaan krim dan pada konsentrasi berapa sediaan paling stabil. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ekstraksi dingin yaitu maserasi dan evaluasi sediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan formula 0, I, II dan III stabil dalam bentuk sediaan krim dan memiliki tingkat homogenitas yang baik dengan daya sebar yang menunjukkan rata-rata > 5cm, daya lekat yang memenuhi standar yaitu >1detik dan pH yang berada pada angka 6 yang sesuai dengan pH kulit. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua sediaan FI, FII, dan FIII serta F0 sebagai control negatif stabil dalam bentuk sediaan krim dan formula dengan konsentrasi paling stabil adalah formula III yang memenuhi seluruh syarat dan standar evaluasi pengujian untuk sediaan krim.
