Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi digital berbasis hukum bagi masyarakat pesisir di Biak Timur sebagai implementasi Pasal 31 UUD 1945. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode workshop, penyuluhan hukum, dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi digital. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat terhadap etika digital, akses informasi hukum, serta kesadaran akan hak dan kewajiban hukum di ruang digital.
