Abstract

Generasi muda merupakan pilar utama dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Menurut data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, jumlah pemuda di Indonesia per tahun 2023 mencapai 64,14 juta jiwa atau 23,18% dari total penduduk Indonesia. Sebagai wadah pengembangan potensi kepemudaan, Youth Ranger Indonesia (YRI) merupakan organisasi yang ideal untuk diikuti oleh pemuda. Namun, implementasi knowledge sharing dalam organisasi ini belum banyak dipelajari. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam bagaimana knowledge sharing diterapkan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pengurus organisasi YRI dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing di YRI dilakukan melalui webinar, mentoring, rapat per departemen, dan diskusi rutin. Faktor-faktor pendorong berbagi pengetahuan termasuk motivasi berkembang dan visi organisasi, sementara tantangan utama adalah penyesuaian waktu dan keterbatasan teknologi. Implementasi knowledge sharing terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan anggota, meskipun hambatan tetap ada. Disarankan agar YRI meningkatkan interaktivitas kegiatan, melakukan analisis kebutuhan yang lebih mendalam, dan memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal untuk efektivitas knowledge sharing.
