Pada umumnya permasalahan yang terjadi pada kesehatan gizi pada masyarakat dikarenakan banyak orang tidak mengetahui di setiap tahapan pertumbuhan manusia dari bayi ke- balita ke- remaja ke- dewasa ke- lansia akan membutuhkan asupan gizi yang berbeda-beda, tidak mengetahu berat badan idealnya, tidak mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan gizi, dan kurangnya informasi tentang kesehatan gizi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu teknologi informasi yang berbasis mobile tentang kesehatan gizi guna membantu masyarakat dalam memberikan informasi secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat menyajikan informasi karakteristik gizi dan kebutuhan gizi yang baik di setiap fase pertumbuhan manusia, juga menyediakan fitur penghitung berat badan ideal serta berita terkini seputar gizi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data baik data primer dan data sekundar. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi ini masyarakat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait gizi dan tahapan pertumbuhan tanpa harus menunggu pelaksanaan sosialisasi ke balai desa yang tidak diadakan rutin. Dampak yang di rasakan oleh puskesmas sekitar yaitu peningkatan jumlah masyarakat yang telah memenuhi standar pemeriksaan gizi.
