Introduction

Analisis kunjungan pasien hipertensi sebelum dan sesudah pandemi di wilayah kerja puskesmas monta. Analisis kunjungan pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Monta sebelum & sesudah pandemi COVID-19 menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pasca-pandemi, meningkatkan risiko komplikasi serius.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the comorbidities often found in COVID-19 patients, approximately 15% of hypertension cases are found in COVID-19 patients. This study was conducted to determine the number of visits by hypertension patients before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study design with a retrospective non-experimental method, using data obtained from hypertension program holders at the Monta Community Health Center from July 2019 to December 2020. Data analysis was carried out using a paired t-Test to determine the average difference in the group of hypertension patients who were checked in the period before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: From the total data of patients who checked into the Monta Community Health Center before the pandemic, there were 1,904 people, while the total number of patients who checked into the Monta Community Health Center after the pandemic was 735 people. The analysis results showed that the number of controlled hypertension patients in the Monta Community Health Center work area before and after the COVID-19 pandemic was significantly different (211.56±61.16 vs. 81.67±34.32, p < 0.003). This decrease in the number of visits can increase the risk of serious complications if hypertension is not well controlled. Conclusion: There was a decrease in the number of hypertension patients who underwent control after the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is necessary to identify the problems and solutions behind this so that hypertension patients can continue to receive therapy according to guidelines. Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit penyerta yang banyak ditemukan pada penderita COVID-19, sekitar 15% kasus hipertensi terdapat pada pasien COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui angka kunjungan pasien hipertensi sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Rancangan penelitian deskriptif cross-sectional dengan metode retrospektif non-eksperimental, menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari pemegang program hipertensi di Puskesmas Monta dari bulan Juli 2019 sampai Desember 2020. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired t-Test untuk menentukan perbedaan rata-rata kelompok pasien hipertensi yang kontrol di masa sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19. Hasil: Dari total data pasien yang kontrol ke Puskesmas Monta sebelum pandemi sejumlah 1.904 orang, sedangkan total pasien yang kontrol ke Puskesmas Monta setelah pandemi sejumlah 735 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pasien hipertensi yang terkontrol di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Monta sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19 berbeda secara signifikan (211,56±61,16 vs. 81,67±34,32, p<0,003). Adapun penurunan jumlah kunjungan ini dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi yang serius apabila hipertensi tidak terkontrol dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Terdapat penurunan jumlah pasien hipertensi yang melakukan kontrol sesudah pandemi COVID-19, sehingga perlu identifikasi masalah dan solusi yang melatarbelakangi hal ini agar pasien hipertensi tetap dapat terapi yang sesuai guideline.
