Sektor pertanian hidroponik di Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan, terutama pasca pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi bisnis berkelanjutan pada start-up hidroponik Hydrofarm di Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan analisis strategis melalui matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), matriks Internal-External (IE), matriks SWOT, dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor IFE sebesar 3,22 (posisi internal kuat) dan skor EFE sebesar 3,59 (kemampuan eksternal tinggi), menempatkan Hydrofarm pada Kuadran I matriks IE (Grow and Build). Berdasarkan QSPM, strategi prioritas adalah ekspansi bertahap ke wilayah Bandung dengan drop point berkemasan isi ulang (TAS 7,74), diikuti optimalisasi platform digital dengan geo-targeted ads (TAS 7,39), dan pembangunan unit pengolahan produk bernilai tambah (TAS 7,27). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Hydrofarm berada pada posisi strategis yang menguntungkan untuk tumbuh secara agresif dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial.

These results offer a well-structured roadmap for the company's future growth. The study effectively demonstrates Hydrofarm's advantageous strategic position and its potential for aggressive growth while emphasizing the integration of environmental, economic, and social sustainability principles. The methodical application of established strategic frameworks provides credibility to the recommended actions, making this research highly valuable for both academic understanding and practical application within the hydroponic start-up ecosystem. This work not only contributes significantly to the literature on sustainable business strategies in the agri-food sector but also offers concrete, data-driven recommendations that can guide Hydrofarm and potentially inspire similar ventures in Indonesia towards resilient and sustainable development.
