Abstract

Review

This submission presents significant challenges for review due to critical omissions. The abstract field is entirely blank, providing no information whatsoever about the paper's subject matter, research questions, methodology, key findings, or conclusions. An abstract is the foundational element that allows reviewers to understand the scope and nature of the work, gauge its relevance, and make an initial assessment of its scientific merit. Without this crucial component, it is impossible to even begin evaluating the submission against standard criteria for clarity, originality, rigor, or contribution to the field. Further complicating the review is the title, "Published IPAC'25 proceedings." This title strongly suggests that the content is already finalized, peer-reviewed, and publicly available as part of conference proceedings from IPAC'25. If the intent is to submit an already published conference paper for re-publication or as an announcement, this deviates from typical journal submission protocols which usually require original, unpublished work or significant extensions thereof. The combination of an empty abstract and a title indicating prior publication fundamentally prevents any assessment of the scientific content, methodological soundness, or novelty usually expected from a journal submission.
