Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi proyek berbasis kerangka kerja Laravel di PT Inkaba (Perseroda) guna mengoptimalkan proses manajemen proyek. Kompleksitas dan peningkatan volume proyek di PT Inkaba menciptakan tantangan dalam pemantauan kemajuan proyek, alokasi sumber daya, dan pelaporan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel, basis data MySQL, dan diintegrasikan dengan Bootstrap untuk desain antarmuka yang responsif. Penelitian menghasilkan sistem berbasis web yang komprehensif dengan fitur pemantauan proyek secara real-time, sistem notifikasi otomatis, dasbor interaktif, pelacakan alokasi sumber daya, dan kemampuan pelaporan yang menyeluruh. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan 98,5% kepatuhan fungsional terhadap persyaratan dan 92% kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan User Acceptance Testing. Implementasi sistem ini menghasilkan pengurangan waktu pelaporan sebesar 65%, peningkatan kepatuhan jadwal proyek sebesar 43%, dan peningkatan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada bidang sistem informasi dengan mendemonstrasikan integrasi teknologi web yang efektif untuk optimalisasi manajemen proyek di perusahaan milik publik.

The empirical validation of the system is a significant strength, with reported functional compliance of 98.5% and user satisfaction of 92%, alongside tangible benefits including a 65% reduction in reporting time, a 43% increase in project schedule compliance, and enhanced data-driven decision-making. Overall, this research makes a valuable contribution by demonstrating the effective integration of web technology to address real-world project management challenges in a public-owned company. The quantitative results provide compelling evidence of the system's efficacy and its positive impact on operational efficiency and strategic decision-making at PT. Inkaba. The paper successfully showcases how a well-designed and implemented monitoring and evaluation system can significantly optimize project lifecycle management. This study serves as a strong case study for other organizations facing similar project management hurdles, highlighting the practical benefits of investing in tailored information systems.
