Abstract

Sistem Informasi Data Pokok Pendidikan merupakan system informasi pengelolaan data pendidikan yang digunakan oleh operator sekolah. Seorang operator sekolah bertugas menangani sistem Data Pokok Pendidikan tersebut untuk bisa mencapai tujuan dan digunakan sesuai dengan fungsinya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Peran oerator sekolah dalam pengelolaan Sistem Data Pokok Pendidikan di SMPN 01 Buntulia. jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan system data pokok sesuai dengan tujuan pendataan berskala nasional yang meliputi: penginputan data pokok, pengelolaan administrasi Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), pengajuan tunjangan sertifikasi pendidik, dan mengurus prioritas Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Fisik.

Specifically, school operators are crucial in the precise inputting of core educational data, the diligent management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) administration, the processing of applications for educator certification allowances, and the handling of priority Physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) applications. This paper effectively highlights the significant administrative responsibilities and strategic importance of school operators, demonstrating their essential contribution to the integrity of educational data management and its subsequent impact on various national educational initiatives.
