Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada isu rendahnya pemberdayaan layanan balita di Posyandu akibat kurangnya keterampilan kader dalam menyusun program stimulasi perkembangan anak dan terbatasnya kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal. Tujuan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kader Posyandu melalui pendampingan kolaboratif bersama mahasiswi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) untuk mengoptimalkan layanan kesehatan, gizi, pendataan balita, dan stimulasi perkembangan balita. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan strategi pendampingan langsung dan evaluasi berkala. Kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan kader melalui wawancara dan observasi, diikuti pendampingan langsung dalam implementasi program di Posyandu. Mahasiswi PIAUD berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam merancang kegiatan edukatif dan kreatif, seperti permainan motorik dan sensorik, yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional balita, serta membantu kegiatan Posyandu dalam pendataan balita, termasuk kesehatan, berat badan, dan informasi terkait lainnya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan program stimulasi perkembangan serta pendataan yang lebih terstruktur. Layanan Posyandu mengalami peningkatan partisipasi ibu balita sebesar 30%, serta terwujudnya inovasi program berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi dengan mahasiswi PIAUD menghasilkan panduan kegiatan stimulasi dan pendataan yang kontekstual dan mudah diterapkan. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pemberdayaan kader Posyandu dan optimalisasi layanan balita, sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antara akademisi dan komunitas dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini.
