Transformasi digital menuntut pendidik SMP Perguruan Advent XV Ciracas untuk beralih dari metode konvensional ke inovasi teknologi, namun kendala dalam kreativitas media dan manajemen kelas digital masih menjadi hambatan utama. Program ini bertujuan mengatasi tantangan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran kreatif serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal melalui integrasi media flipbook dan gamifikasi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif secara daring yang melibatkan 20 pendidik. Materi pelatihan mengintegrasikan aspek teknis dengan prinsip instruksional Douglas Brown, meliputi otomatisasi, meaningful learning, dan motivasi intrinsik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman pengembangan flipbook kategori tinggi dari 5,9% menjadi 55,9%, serta kenaikan efikasi diri penggunaan TI dari 2,9% menjadi 50%. Selain itu, 82,4% peserta mampu memproduksi media pembelajaran mandiri dan 88% peserta termotivasi mengimplementasikan gamifikasi Gimkit di kelas. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik-pedagogis efektif meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. Untuk keberlanjutan, disarankan adanya pelatihan luring dan pembentukan komunitas praktik guna menjaga konsistensi penerapan teknologi di lingkungan sekolah.
