Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer dalam proses pembelajaran di SMKS-YPSEI Palangka Raya, yang diduga berdampak pada motivasi dan semangat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer terhadap semangat belajar siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, sampel penelitian ini ditentukan melalui teknik sampling jenuh dengan melibatkan 18 siswa sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji asumsi klasik (normalitas dan linearitas) serta analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer dan semangat belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat belajar siswa (t = 2,700; p = 0,002 < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa optimalisasi fasilitas digital berkontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan gairah belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, pendidik disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran di laboratorium komputer secara kreatif dan efektif guna mempertahankan serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.
