Sektor peternakan di Indonesia menjadi salah satu bagian penting yang mempunyai peran dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Salah satu dari beberapa jenis hewan ternak yang punya potensi besar dan berperan dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Timur adalah domba. Jumlah populasi domba dari tingkat nasional, Provinsi Jawa Timur, dan Kabupaten Kediri yang cenderung meningkat menjadi indikasi bahwa dibutuhkan manajemen (pengelolaan) agribisnis peternakan secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan sisi ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Pengelolaan Usaha Peternakan Kabupaten Kediri, khususnya Kecamatan Pare sudah menerapkan konsep manajemen agribisnis berkelanjutan dengan performa yang menyesuaikan kepada masing-masing pelaku usaha. Konsep manajemen agribisnis berkelanjutan sangat menarik untuk dikaji dan diteliti dengan memotret salah satu pelaku usaha peternakan di Kecamatan Pare, yaitu Peternakan Donba Enggar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2024 sampai dengan November 2024. analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles and Huberman dan analisis data statistik deskriptif serta diukur secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik skoring. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah 1) model manajemen agribisnis berkelanjutan di Peternakan Donba Enggar meliputi adanya serangkaian aktivitas planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling di dalam keterkaitan sub sistem agribisnis hulu, sub sistem produksi, sub sistem agribisnis hilir, serta sub sistem penunjang/pendukung yang berkelanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan sisi ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan; 2) manajemen agribisnis berkelanjutan di Peternakan Donba Enggar sudah diterapkan dengan berbagai penyesuaian sesuai kondisi usaha; dan 3) capaian manajerial tata kelola usaha ternak di Peternakan Donba Enggar mayoritas mempunyai kriteria baik.
