Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari masalah kemiskinan dari sudut pandang Al-Qur'an, dengan menekankan dua aspek utama: spiritualitas dan pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam konteks sosial kontemporer yang dinamis. Fokus penelitian terletak pada pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang konsep kemiskinan dalam Al-Qur'an dan implementasinya sebagai tanggapan terhadap masalah struktural dan moral yang melampaui dimensi ekonomi semata. Secara metodologis penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dengan teknik tafsir tekstual untuk ayat-ayat yang relevan. Selain itu, hasil empiris tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dikuatkan melalui kajian komparatif. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur'an melihat kemiskinan sebagai fenomena yang memiliki berbagai aspek: ekonomi, sosial, dan spiritual. Upaya penanggulangannya tidak hanya melalui pendekatan karitatif jangka pendek, tetapi melalui transformasi struktural berbasis keadilan distributif. Nilai-nilai etis seperti "adl", yang berarti keadilan, ta‘awun, dan iḥsan yang berarti kebaikan berkelanjutan, mendorong instrumen redistribusi kekayaan seperti zakat, infak, dan sedekah.
