Abstract

Kabupaten Subang memiliki potensi industri dan UMKM yang terus berkembang, termasuk sektor konveksi yang memiliki kontribusi dalam menghasilkan limbah berupa potongan kain sisa produksi. Hasil observasi pada beberapa UMKM menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan limbah masih belum dilakukan secara teratur dan konsisten, sehingga pemilik UMKM tidak memiliki data dasar terkait jumlah limbah yang dihasilkan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Hal ini merupakan kendala dalam proses perencanaan pembuangan limbah, pengaturan ruang penyimpanan, serta penilaian potensi nilai ekonomi dari daur ulang limbah tekstil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah dashboard mobile berbasis Android untuk mendukung pencatatan dan monitoring data limbah tekstil UMKM di kabupaten Subang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu extreme programming dengan implementasi menggunakan Flutter (Dart) dengan Firebase sebagai penyimpanan data. Metode pemngembangan yang dilakukan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu blackbox testing untuk melihat fungsionalitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Aplikasi ini merupakan tahap awal dalam mendukung digitalisasi pengelolaan limbah tekstil UMKM.
