The submitted abstract, "Dampak Fleksibilitas Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kesejahteraan Karyawan Remote," addresses a highly pertinent and contemporary issue in organizational management. With the rapid advancements in information and communication technology, particularly amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work has become a prevalent mode of operation. This study aims to critically analyze the influence of work flexibility and workload on the well-being of remote employees. Employing a quantitative methodology with descriptive and verificative approaches, the research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of these interrelationships, which is crucial for both academic discourse and practical application. The research question is exceptionally timely and relevant, as it delves into the often-overlooked downsides of remote work, specifically the challenges of unstructured workload and the blurred boundaries between professional and personal life, which can lead to stress. By explicitly linking these factors to employee well-being, the study promises to offer valuable insights into maintaining a healthy and productive remote workforce. The abstract highlights the anticipated contribution of serving as a foundation for companies to design effective and sustainable remote work policies, thereby underscoring the practical utility and real-world impact of the findings. The emphasis on employee well-being as a core driver for a productive, healthy, and adaptive work environment is particularly commendable. While the abstract clearly outlines the study's objectives and methodology, the full paper will undoubtedly benefit from elaborating on the specific dimensions of "unstructured workload" and the precise mechanisms through which work-life boundaries impact well-being. Further, detailing the nature of the quantitative analysis and the specific measures used for flexibility, workload, and well-being will be essential for assessing the robustness of the findings. The promise of practical guidelines for effective remote work policies is particularly exciting, and readers will look forward to concrete recommendations derived from the research. Overall, this study presents a robust framework for investigating critical aspects of the modern work landscape, and its findings are poised to make a significant contribution to both theory and practice in human resource management and organizational psychology.
