Abstract

La segunda conferencia anual del Foro sobre Legislación Animal de China se celebró en Shanghái del 24 al 25 de mayo de 2025. El tema principal fue «La protección jurídica del bienestar animal y la regulación jurídica de la industria animal». En ella se reunieron académicos, jueces y representantes de la industria para examinar cuestiones fundamentales relacionadas con el derecho ecológico y la evolución de la situación jurídica de los animales.
