Abstract

Jalan merupakan infrastruktur penting yang menunjang mobilisasi masyarakat. Jalan digunakan sebagai prasarana transportasi dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial, maupun budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilokasi Ruas Jalan Kenteng – Bencorejo, Kecamatan Banyuurip, Kabupaten Purworejo pada STA 7+000 – 8+000. Pada ruas jalan ini jalan mengalami penurunan kondisi seperti retak, berlubang , dan bergelombang. Kondisi tersebut menganggu mobilisasi masyarakat, sehingga perlu perencanaan perkerasan agar pelayanan masyarakat dapat terpenuhi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan tebal perkerasan lentur dan membandingkan anggaran biaya yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan proses analisis menggunakan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ) 2017 dan AASHTO 1993. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan hasil tebal perkerasan lentur engan metode MDPJ 2017 untuk lapis permukaan AC-WC 4 cm dan AC-BC 6 cm, dan lapis pondasi kelas A sebesar 40 cm. Sedangkan untuk tebal perkerasan menggunakan metode AASHTO 1993 yaitu untuk lapis permukaan 5 cm, lapis pondasi atas 10 cm, dan lapis pondasi bawah 10cm. Dan untuk Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk metode MDPJ 2017 sebesar Rp. 2.670.845.000 (Dua Enam Ratus Tujuh Puluh Delapan Ratus Empat Puluh Lima Ribu Rupiah), sedangkan untuk metode AASHTO 1993 memerlukan anggaran biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp. 1.372.006.000 (Satu Milyar Tiga Ratus Tujuh Puluh Dua Juta Enam ribu Rupiah). Metode MDPJ 2017 memerlukan biaya konstruksi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan deengan metode AASHTO 1993 yaitu dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 1.298.839.000 (Satu Milyar Dua Ratus Sembilan Puluh Delapan Juta Delapan Ratus Tiga Puluh Sembilan Ribu Rupiah).
