ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN

Introduction

Analisis kinerja pegawai di sekretariat daerah kota tangerang selatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan, menemukan performa, kemampuan, dan disiplin rendah akibat komunikasi buruk & kurangnya pelatihan.

Abstract

Rendahnya kinerja pegawai yang ada di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Hukum Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan telah mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian, yang berjudul “Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Di Bagian Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan”. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis menemukan hasil penelitian bahwa Analisa Kinerja di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Hukum Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja sebagian besar (61,85%) masih rendah, kemampuan kerja sebagian besar (52,63%) rendah, sedangkan motivasi kerja sebagian besar (60,52%) tinggi, dan disiplin kerja sebagian besar (53,95%) juga masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai di Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hambatan kinerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Hukum Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan meliputi; Kurangnya rasa harmonisasi antar pegawai, Buruknya komunikasi internal organisasi, Ketidakpuasan pegawai terhadap organisasi, ketidaktepatan waktu dalam kedatangan pegawai dan Kurangnya pelatihan pegawai.

The methodology described as "kualitatif deskriptif" is juxtaposed with the presentation of precise percentages, suggesting a need for clearer articulation of how quantitative data was collected and integrated into the qualitative framework. To maximize its practical utility, the paper would benefit from a more explicit exploration of the causal relationships between the identified barriers and performance, leading to concrete, actionable recommendations tailored to address the specific issues. Future research could further build upon these findings by proposing and evaluating targeted intervention strategies, or by undertaking comparative analyses across different government departments or regions to explore broader patterns and contextual nuances in public sector performance.
