Abstract

Az EU kritikus szervezetek ellenálló képességére vonatkozó irányelve, valamint a hazai szabályozás meghatározza a kritikus szervezetek és azok kritikus infrastruktúrái rezilienciájának felmérésével és fejlesztésével kapcsolatos feladatait, módszertanát. A “kockázat alapú gondolkodás gyakorlati elemei a kritikus szervezeteknél I.” publikáció [1] folytatásaként a szerzők további módszertani támogatásként kívánnak rávilágítani az ellenálló képességi terv és az ellenálló képességi mátrix elkészítésének egyes gyakorlati kérdéseire. A szerzők rendszerezik továbbá azokat a tapasztalatokat, észrevételeket és visszatérő problématerületeket, amelyek a 2025. évi alkalmazás során felmerültek.
